Recognized with two toques in Gault&Millau Middle East, HANU is the only Korean restaurant in Dubai to receive this prestigious distinction, an honor that reflects the restaurant’s exceptional culinary standards, creativity, and consistency. Led by acclaimed South Korean Chef Kyung Soo Moon, HANU’s menu celebrates bold, inventive Korean dining. Signature highlights include Korean Beef Tartare, refreshing Raw Red Prawns, and comforting Sotbab (Korean rice), alongside playful twists on classics such as Seafood Ceviche, Korean Fried Chicken, and oversized Kimbap Hand Rolls. Many dishes are inspired by Chef Moon’s childhood memories, such as the Kimchi Arancini with quail egg and chilli pickle, a refined take on his mother’s comforting kimchi rice.
For those who appreciate premium cuts, the bespoke Meat Me at the Grill experience is a centerpiece. Each table features a state-of-the-art Korean charcoal grill, where skilled staff prepare four premium cuts of meat to perfection. The experience is complemented by six house-made condiments, many fermented or pickled, while sauces and side dishes are crafted in-house for maximum freshness. Designed to be shared, this interactive dining concept fosters a warm, communal atmosphere.

Three Korean pine trees serve as elegant focal points throughout.
