For us at Aisha Alabbar Gallery, this is something very close to our heart. As a woman-founded gallery, Aisha has always believed in creating a space where artists from the UAE and the region can share their stories, ideas and perspectives. We’re proud to work with and represent so many talented Emirati women artists, including Najat Makki, Mona Al Khaja, Layla Juma, Alia Hussain Lootah and Sara Ahli. Each artist brings something completely her own to the conversation from personal memories and landscapes to questions of identity, heritage and everyday life.
