About Exhuma:

One of the top-grossing movies of 2024 in South Korea, supernatural horror Exhuma or Pamyo, written and directed by Jang Jae-hyun (The Priests). The film topped 11 million admissions in South Korea, reached an $82M gross and continued its box office streak breaking records around East Asia. The film, starring Choi Min-sik, Kim Go-eun, Yoo Hae-jin and Lee Do-hyun, follows the unsettling events that unfold after the exhumation of a mysterious family grave.

The 60th Baeksang Arts Awards had an outstanding nomination line-up of television dramas and films in different categories. This year, director Jang Jae Hyun’s 2024 supernatural horror movie Exhuma scored big. Kim Go Eun won the Best Actress in Movie Award for Portraying Lee Hwa Rim in Exhuma. Meanwhile, Lee Do Hyun won the Best New Actor in Movie Award for his role as Yoon Bong Gil in Exhuma.
